| Civil Engineering Training and Development The training and development of employees is important for all businesses and, with this in mind, we implemented our own Training and Development Plan encompassing our entire workforce, including management, back in 2006. Reviewed annually, the plan is tailored to meet the needs of individual employees as well as the company, whilst at the same time ensuring continued compliance with the necessary legislation. All GG Mackenzie employees hold current CPCS / NPORS cards for the relevant machinery and Emergency First Aid certificates as a minimum. Gordon is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), and is an Associate member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (AIEMA). He is also a CPCS Validator and CSCS Contracts Manager card holder and is a founder member and former chairman of the Highland Construction Training Group. |
