Training The training and development of employees is becoming increasingly important for all businesses and with this in mind we have developed our own Training and Development Plan encompassing our entire workforce, including management. Reviewed annually, the plan is tailored to meet the needs of individual employees as well as the company, whilst at the same time ensuring continued compliance with the necessary legislation. All GG Mackenzie employees hold current CPCS cards for the relevant machinery and Basic First Aid certificates as a minimum. Gordon himself is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and is an Associate member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (AIEMA). He is also a CPCS Validator, holds a CSCS card for both Contracts Manager and Construction Site Safety Manager and is a founder member and former chairman of Highland Construction Training Group. |
